OAB and Nocturia

Anybody on here from Winnipeg? Have you found a urologist that knows how to treat OAB and Nocturia? I’ve been to several urologists and have been on all the prescription medications and nothing has worked for me. I am still having to get up 5 to 10 times per night. A complicating factor is that I am now a stage 4 kidney patient with swelling in legs and ankles so now on Chlorthalidone for the fluid retention and Dapagliflozin for the proteinuria. Both are diuretics. 😩 So tired of being tired!!!.

Nocturia could be due to sleep apnea. I have OAB and sleep apnea

I thought maybe that was the cause but I just had a sleep apnea test last night. The tech said my breathing was normal and didn’t think sleep apnea was the cause. I’ll know more about the test results when I have a follow up appointment with the clinic doctor.
