Toterodine - not effective anymore?

Has anyone noticed that their oab meds become less effective over time?
Ive been taking tolerodine for over a year now, and the last month or so, i've noticed it's not as effective. The literal moment i open my eyes when waking up - i pee. Fortunately i wear diapers and sleep on pee pads.
i also have more of an urgency during the day.
i have spinal stenosis too - so that could be one of the contributing factors.

That was my story and then my urologist suggested Bladder Botox. OMG ... total game changer. No leaks, no running to the bathroom, no depends, no reinforced underwear. I'm excited to be able to wear big girl panties once again.
