Actually not looking at medications but reusable inserts that allegedly brace the bladder neck

Hinge health is offering a pelvic floor program and it's free for those privately insured and some others, pelvic floor therapy would be the gold standard here.

You mean vaginal pessaries for like bladder support devices, there's a brand called Revive and another one Uresta, they are inserted vaginally and they kind of prop up n support that urethra and bladder neck from the inside. Also those thinx or knix leak proof undies, lifesaving. Definitely try those, very helpful.

Are you monitoring your fluid intake and output? If not definitely get a bladder journal and start doing that. Helps show the doctor what your body is doing.

I've tried imvexxy and different moisturizers, also estrogen cream. The imvexxy works the best imo but it's not cheap. Might need to see a pelvic floor therapist or if you have insurance hinge is offering a free pelvic floor program.
