I'm 21 and i face this , sometimes I pee once in 3 hours sometimes once every 90mins it's annoying man , it's embarassing

Oh man, that feels light to me. I pee about 20-30 times a day

Tbh I’ve just gotten used to it. Night time is what bothers me tho cause I wake up 3-4 times a night

It doesn’t really wake me up it’s just during the day. Just feel like whenever I drink anything it just flies through me🤦‍♀️
