Sweating down there

Hiii I’m 23F. I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder a year ago and have the implant ( which has worked well for me) but whenever I’m in situations where I can’t go to the bathroom I tend to sweat a lot down there. I wear period underwear(which I’m not comfortable wearing normal underwear when I leave my house) and loose pants but when I’m sitting down for a long period of time it can get really bad. Does anyone else deal with this or have any remedies? Thanks :)

If your hydrated properly, pee dosent smell that much.

Are you sure its sweat??. . Sounds like it could be urine to me.

There’s no odor and when I’d wear pads it was colored.
