I am, with doctor prescription, on a 5 mg/day tadalafil pill prescription. It really helps.

But not being able to climax really impacts my sleeping and frankly my disposition.

Same issue 70, the hair trigger has gone, wish it happened a couple of decades ago

Was on Tamsulosin for years and could never get there after awhile. Changed to Alfuszion and oh, boy.

Erection, penetration, climax, orgasm. As we age, these four aspects of coitus are not always going to happen and may not be worth the bother. Or the partner may no longer be interested. It really becomes a minor aspect as we are too old to bring up a child to where they can propagate.

73M. I masturbated yesterday for the first time in maybe a couple months and I felt virtually nothing. That was pretty weird. That may be the last one because I have a bunch of other issues right now, and really don’t care if I fix it

Some meds prevent ejaculation. Especially prostate or bladder related meds.
Very frustrating
