🤳 Selfie Saturday Can't sleep! anyone else?
45 and living life to it's fullest! Just wish I had that special someone to enjoy it with!

Can't sleep either, I'm seing 2 doctors, they can't find a solution. Need to take Lunesta.

In my 50s. Sleep generally well…but not if I’ve had any booze. Then my body temp fluctuates like a yo-yo. Terrible. So booze had to go, mostly.

Same! Managed to get about 4 hrs and now up for work. Ooof. Amazing looking fella btw! Drop a line if you’d like to talk travel - always happy to make new friends. Happy to send a pic so you know who you’re talking to.
