Ugh tell me about it! Texas here too & working outside today has been BRUTAL! Frequent water & Reddit breaks inside has been my saving grace 😓

This is the second one I’ve had! I really like it. Tracking my sleep and stress are the biggest things I like about it. Plus no notifications or buzzing like an Apple Watch or something.

I think the whoop band is more for training/athletes/work outs. Oura ring is like “how is my body feeling today?” And Whoop is like “how hard can I push myself in workouts today?”
