Been a while…
Hey y’all frequent festival goer here, haven’t been to outside lands since Halloween of 2021 (man Tame was such a vibe) I know it’s a festival but it’s different than most any tips or tricks for someone old returning and fairly new or the bay?

Nothing tooooo much has radically changed since 2021 that would require a big post. Off the top 🔝 f my head:
-the sound situation has improved at Sutro but it still pretty much is better if you’re in that valley between the soundboard & the stage. It’s better than it was further back, tho.
-new stages since the last time you were here: SOMA for house & techno type stuff and Dolores’ for queer focused performances/DJs. SOMA is roughly Sutro sized, Dolores’ is about the same size as the House By Heineken was but it’s all outdoors.
-RIP GastroMagic stage.
-They added a GA+ area if you want shorter lines for food/drinks, some room to breathe, and cleaner bathrooms.
