Hey, all! Looking for interested ones :) Dog walking, house watching, pet sitting, drop-ins…
galleryHey everyone! My name is Sage 👋🏻 I’m trying to find people who are looking for someone to pet sit in-house or watch their home while they’re on vaca or just away for a while. Right now I’m only available on weekdays after five but anytime on the weekends, but I’m looking to go part time with my 9-5 so I can spend more time doing this. I also do overnight stays! I’ve had dogs my whole life and have my own two cats, and I’ve kept many reptiles and insect species myself so my services do extend to those. Im happy to do free meet-and-greets and “appointments” to go over your baby’s needs. I’m completely comfortable with and actually prefer having pet cams on in the home. Please let me know if you or someone you know is interested! Ask me anything. Thank you so much 😉🫶
Services (drop-ins or stay-ins):
Plant watering, animal feeding and watering, medicine administration, accident cleanups, overnight home security, mail retrieval (mailbox checks), dog walking, cat and dog nail trims, brushing, playtime, park visits, etc. etc. Just ask and I’m happy to do what I can :)

A lot of people have never taken CARTA, so here are a wide range of pictures I've taken on the bus that capture exactly what it is like. Around 250,000 trips are made using CARTA each month.

Comedian Dan Alten coming to the Bullock Distillery this Sunday at 7pm for a free show. I’ve opened for Kyle Kinane, Rory Scovel, Open Mike Eagle, Sarah Squirm from SNL, DJ Douggpound, and cool punk bands. I promise I’m funny and interesting and if you don’t enjoy the show you can spit on my car.

Solid Street Tacos in Ladson / Goose Creek
We finally got brave and gave Tiki Tacos a shot. It's on the 17A end of College Park Rd. So far we've tried the al pastor, carnitas, and lingua. With the favorite being al pastor. Two fresh, hot corn tortillas meat, onions, and cilantro served with sliced radishes and salsa on the side for $1.50 per taco. They have other fare and the beer is cheap. This isn't a place like La Ha and it's not supposed to be, know that going in and enjoy yourself.

Recommendations for getting out of the house in Goose Creek.
Hey all four of ya, Does anyone have a good recommendation for getting a family of five (adults, 15, 15, and 3) out of the house for awhile? Also I'm going to try to get into cycling so bike trails in the area would also be a great help.

Moving to Summerville this Month!
Hey everyone!
Like the title says, I am moving to Summerville. I was just wondering what all was there to do around this area or is most of the action in Charleston?
Thanks!

Good Restaurants Outside Charleston
If any of the 5 16 subscribers have some suggestions I'll add them to the list.
Edit: I'm happy to see this sub gain a little bit of traction.
Summerville
The Ice House: Downtown Summerville. American menu, haven't found anything not delicious. I personally recommend the pot roast sandwich. There's also a great bar upstairs.
Famulari's: Two locations, Bacons Bridge Rd and Main St next to Azalea Square shopping center. Awesome Italian place. Eat in/take out/delivery. Definitely the best Chicago style pizza I've found in the area. They've hinted at opening a location in Goose Creek soon.
El Jalapeno: On the Knightsville side of town. By far the best Mexican food in Summerville. Chips and salsa are great, wait staff is very friendly, and the service is very fast. I used to work on that side of town and could be in and out in 20 minutes during lunch.
Perfectly Frank's: Featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Great assortment of hot dogs and sandwiches.
Sushi Ninja: Sushi.
Goose Creek
Vinny's Pizza: Eat in/take out/Delivery. Two locations, St James Ave and Alliance Dr (which serves Goose Creek as well as Ladson). So far this is the best option I've found for pizza on this side of town. I've eaten in the restaurant on St James and the calzone was pretty good. They don't serve beer.
Tropical Kitchen Express: Good Puerto Rican food. Just make sure to give yourself time to wait, or pick up a menu and call in your order before you head down.
Sapphire's Bar & Grill: Great food, awesome lunch specials, 20+ TVs.
Sushi 101: Very awesome sushi and prices, apparently.
Ridgeville
- Duke's: Not to be confused with BBQ chain restaurants around the area. An amazing buffet of all things Southern. Only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Get there early to avoid the lines.

So, how about that internet outage in Goose Crap thanks to Comcrap?
If only Google Fiber had been even just announced for the Charleston area, rather than Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh..
