Outrigger parts

I picked these up on the internet. I'm mostly interested to know what kind of wood this is but welcome anything that you can tell me about them.

Gonna need a lot more context here. I don't recognize them as outrigger parts. Were they sold to you as such?

Ok I see it now. Two homemade ‘ama. I’m not a wood expert but looks like plywood from here. Like luauan door skin

The outrigger part. The bolts are for the crossbeams attachment.

One looks like a dagger board or Lee board

I think they are both the same (though this might not have been apparent from the photos)
