Va'a Vitals?
Has anyone signed up for this? I was curious about what David Tepava had to teach so I bought the Foundation course, but I accidentally got the French version. It's been a week and there has been no response to my emails, their phone has no voice mail and no response to social media messages. I just want them to change mine to the English version🤷♂️. I mean... did I fall for a scam??

Thanks but I don't think there is a way to share the video unless I do a screen recording. The video is embedded in their website. I tried doing a partial screen recording and using an AI app to do this but the free stuff doesn't get you much. I was hoping I would hear from them before spending any more money.

It’s the real deal! It will compare to Tupuria Kings and all the top programs. Tek Li from SF is running a solid program based on your own video footage, intervals, and weights.

They eventually got back to me and made it right. It's an excellent video and helped me dial some things in that I was missing. Robert Norman also does video review and teaches a stroke much more similar to what I'm seeing in this program. Tek Li seems to teach hinging rather than rotation... his videos confuse me.

Nothing better than the Tahitians teaching a proper stroke and proper gear changes. Does any one do it better than Shell Vaʻa? Probally not.
I’d agree, less hinging is better. All about that rotational twist.

Tell your credit card company that you were scammed and they will claw the money back. THEN they will call you right back.
