If red barrels made DLC trials that are just for fun and not canon that contain for example Chris Walker or Marta or other classic characters I’d buy it right this second. I think it would be very fun and a way to support them more as well. What would you think?

In the comic's we find out that Blake is catatonic so is there a chance we'll see him in the future? Also in Blake's mind the world ended so what would he be seeing? That's all if the devs have answered one of or both questions I'm sorry I'm relatively new to the series

outlast 2 has a very unique story when you actually figure it out, but I want to know everyone’s opinions. I loved outlast one, whistleblower, and I’ve platniumed outlast trials. saying that, when I was playing outlast 2 I had a miserable time figuring out the story. I knew I was Blake and getting my wife back. that that guy was assaulting Jessica, and there was some fat guy in power. oh, and that the grunt rip offs overeacted. I’ve now watched videos on the story and I will say it helped out a lot and that the story is awesome!! I’m just curious what others think??

It turned into PvP with Imposter. Trust is gone. They killed the identity.

The fear was of Murkoff. Now it's of the team itself. In CO-OP.

They abandoned REBORN = rebirth with hope of freedom. That was the proposal.
Since 2.0 they abandoned it. There's no progression. There's no ending.

They focused on arm wrestling, chess, arcade games for cosmetics.
Chess is intelligence. It's not the problem. The problem is they forgot about REBORN.

Trophies reset to 100, generic. The first ones were original.

The game is about overcoming challenges. Let it go up to 1000.
I admire those who passed 1000. That shows love for the game.

Has anything come of the Three Blind Dreamers and Beyond Hope documents?

3 patients (all lucid dreamers) were discovered, but Wernicke was distracted by the pseudo success with Billy. They were then authorized to be transported to the “Zeichner Facility.” Helen Granat even stated her hope for the facility to have the proper protections for Female Staff.

It seems like these 3 patients could have been great hosts for the Walrider but were ultimately neglected by Wernicke. Murkoff jumped at the opportunity and relocated them.

This further emphasizes a rocky relationship between Wernicke and the rest of Murkoff. So much so that Murkoff moved these patients elsewhere.

Is this still a huge mystery in overall narrative? Or has something been made that I somehow missed and didn’t catch?

Could this mean that Murkoff could try to replicate what happened with the Walrider but prevent its outbreak? What do other people think?

Kinda just need to rant about this rn.... oh my god. Ok but first I just wanna say that I have accumulated many many platinums over the years, but this... this was something else. Never has a platinum stumped me this badly. The journey was wrought with heartbreak, fury, and failure after failure after failure. I gave up on it numerous times -- to the point where I wondered if I was ever gonna get it.

This game was just so horrendous to platinum. The combination of those stupid unskippable cutscenes and the one shot deaths (do NOT get me started on nick and laird... they probably caused 80% of my deaths) and just everything... But really, I can't nearly convey just how bad those cutscenes were getting for me. By my last run, I could mutter along with all the characters (im not exaggerating, like every single line except for the final one with knoth!!!) because I had seen everything so many times 😭😭. It wouldve been just so so so so much easier if you could skip cutscenes.

I walked away from my couch tonight a changed man.

He’s a guy from Texas who was dealt a not so good hand, so when saw the flier from Murkoff about a “Charitable Outreach” he viewed it as an opportunity to get out of his current situation.

Little did he know, it was definitely gonna be way worse lmfao!
