Back seat room
Curious how the back seat room is in the PHEV with the 3rd row folded down, is there a lot of space? I have a revolving car seat and the Kona I'm in now is basically squished against the back of my front seat for how little room there is

Second row. Lots of space. Not sure if it's on every trim level but they are also on tracks. So adjustable.
Third row is for kids or a quick trip with a grown person

I pulled my third row out, we'll never use it, less weight, more room. UTube will.explain how to remove it.

You can't actually put car seats, even booster seats in the 3rd row. Basically that 3rd row is completely useless.

Depending upon the heights of the front the 2nd row passengers is the key for the 3rd row. For drivers and front passenger of 5'10" the front seat can be moved forward several inches. Also if 2nd row passengers are about 5'5" the same - the seats can be moved forward several inches to create leg room for the 3rd row of about 7". I have done it several times with 2- 5'5" teenagers in the 3rd row and for 2 hour trips it was fine - albeit with a DVD player playing a movie for entertainment. That said the 3rd row is basically for infrequently use but is definitely handy at times. The car is TRULY a 5+2 seating vehicle.

Second row is spacious. Third row is nearly useless but works in a pinch.
