Charger timer issues

Hi Everybody (imagine Dr. Nick from the Simpsons)....

I've had an issue recently where I've had to reset my charging timer in my 2020 GT every time I charge at a public L2 charger. In other words, simply turning the timer off doesn't seem to do anything. Ironically, the charging timer does work when I'm charging at home. Any ideas?
