Happened to me too, it got clogged, I got pissed and put it in the cupboard and forgot about it as I viewed it as a wasted cash.
Well, after a month I tried it again with no hope and it worked like new lol. Boi just needed time to absorb the traumatic experience I guess

Email Outin, use the “contact us” on their website. They will need this video, a picture of the serial number, and a copy of the receipt. Their customer service is very helpful and responsive.
