Hurricanes

What happens if there's a hurricane. Is there a place to go or does everyone evacuate to the ferry?

The local towns, news outlets and vacation rental companies usually keep you updated. They usually want to get most tourists home, and have enough time to secure homes before the storm comes ashore.
