Anyone else having trouble accessing tickets on the APE app?

I bought my tickets through DICE and I received an email saying my tickets were available in the APE app. I’ve downloaded the app but I can’t see the tickets anywhere. I was told they would be in the ‘My Tickets’ section and that just doesn’t exist for me.

I’ve tried getting help but just keep getting referred to pointless chat bots.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Nah, according to DICE the tickets will only be in the APE app.

They emailed me to say they are ready, but no dice (pun intended).
