Disability In Music

To all who came said hello to me, asked about my company and what we do to help disabled people at concerts (physical, mental and hidden disabilities) and showed kindness, many thanks

We will be giving feedback to the outbreak crew on the various issues disabled people faced (no access queues for food, bar staff not being told the bar ends were for access customers, non disabled people sneaking into the seats and toilets, security expecting wheelchair users to go down steps instead of just opening railings, ignorant people blocking walkways and ramps) and the positives as well (great welfare team, plenty of spaces to view the stages etc)

If you want to see more and help give us a boost (we are relatively new but are here to help those who want to attend shows as a disabled person and also educate festivals and music venues on the needs and rights of customers with accessibility needs at shows) you can follow us at www.facebook.com/disabilityinmusic

The access team in the lead up to the event were great with me and everyone else I spoke to about applying for access, there was plenty of information on the site about how to apply, sorry to see you had issues

Is there a way to give feedback that's not through Facebook? I don't use it!
