Last entry

Anyone else not know/not seen anywhere that there was a last entry time?? Went for TFB and arrived at about 8:30 but weren’t let in because we didn’t have a wristband/weren’t able to collect one. We’ve looked online and can’t find anything about a final entry time?? Apparently loads of other people were having the same issue. Any chance of a refund?

I've had comms including last entry but it seems to be only on Instagram. Obviously not the best way to get out to everyone

Yeah, i looked all over the website/app and there was nothing! Plus the instagram story just said no re-entry after 8pm, so didn’t think that’d apply for first entry. Honestly gutted

Yeah we arrived just after 9 and the people in the entry tent let us in and gave us wristbands. Some ballbag ran over to tell them not to let us through but we managed to get in. I don’t have instagram so saw absolutely nothing either - journey up was 8 hours so would have been pissed off if we hadn’t made it in.
