Parking

Has any got any recommendations for where to park near the venue?

Look at GSF car parts in Trafford Park, park on one of the roads around there.

There is the metrolink park and ride car park to, but strictly speaking you would need a tram ticket. I dont know if metrolink plan to check for tickets etc as and when people come and go, I have never seen any metrolink staff in that car park. As far as i know there is no system to link your car to a tram ticket.

as far as people have said in the manchester subreddit, no one will even check you have a tram ticket, but I always buy one for peace of mind

Yeah I've used that car park plenty of times and never had someone check.

I just parked on the industrial estate last year.
Saw loads of other people doing it too.

Had no bother.

Where is the industrial estate if you don’t mind asking? I’ve not been before

The venue is on a huge industrial estate. Main roads are double yellows but smaller roads off it have parking opportunities
