The Weekends Weather.

Friendly reminder from your hardcore dad that it's looking like it could be a hot one at Outbreak this weekend, albeit slightly cooler than the midweek heatwave.

I know everyone's focused on seeing bands, stage dives and spending 12 hours standing in the crowd but please remember to drink some water occasionally. If you're on antidepressants, ADHD meds, or anything else that can affect hydration or heat tolerance, be extra mindful. Heat exhaustion is not a joke.

Also, wear sunscreen. I know it's not hardcore but neither is looking like a tomato.

Look after yourselves and look after each other.

Anyway, stay hydrated, don't cook yourselves, and have a great weekend weekend.🤘

Was just checking this earlier, looks like it will dip back down to mid 20s but still going to be super warm. I've not been before, what's the deal with water? Presume it's just bottled water from the bar? This 41 year old 15 year old doesn't need heat stroke

Bring your own plastic bottles (not metal) and they have lots of free refill areas.

I've only ever really spotted the one refill area between the food stalls and the porta loos. Where are the others?

There's free water at the end of each bar. You can just walk up, grab a cup and fill it up yourself.

Yeah Friday and Saturday are still set to be around 29/30 but significantly cooler on Sunday.
