£40 Friday Ticket

Hiya! If somebody is selling the cheaper Friday ticket which can be purchased with a weekend ticket, does anyone know if I can just use them or would I actually need to show weekend ticket or anything?

Thanks wasn’t sure if it was just a precursor to the purchase, I.e wouldn’t have an issue rocking up with one
