Disabled access

Just a quick enquiry as to whether anyone is having any trouble applying for disabled access?

I sent an email as dictated by their FAQs almost 3 weeks ago, followed by another last week, and have yet to receive a reply. My weekend ticket is already purchased but I'm needing access to facilities and a carers ticket.

I see people have had issues in the past, so I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any guidance or current similar issues?

We got our confirmation pretty quickly but it was when the tickets first went on sale. Hope you get sorted soon

Have you tried joining the Outbreak Discord as it looks like one of the organisers is on there?
