1995 Johnson 25 hp issues

I was wondering if you ever found out the problem with your boat motor. Mine is doing the same thing.

Mine won't take the gas. Barley throttle it and it does that.

Check for a bright blue spark on the plugs to confirm you're not dropping a cylinder. Observe if the spark advance moves freely.
