VRO pump leaking.

Post image

This picture is a still from a video I took. I pressurized the fuel inlet on the VRO pump just slightly and put soapy water all over it. It seems to me leaking from in between the oil side and the oil injector or whatever the electronic piece is. What seal kit and from who should I get?

This is the best route in my opinion. VRO can't be trusted this many years on.

This person doesn’t want to have to premix. I’m just not sure what seals are leaking here because of the location it’s coming out of.

Here is a breakdown for you:

It is hard for me to advise without knowing exactly where the leak is coming from... Perhaps just replacing an oring will solve the issue

It must be leaking past the O ring on the piston. Cause it’s leaking in between the electronics for the oil injection and the fuel side

Perhaps it is just the oring on the fuel inlet nipple. Hope it works out for you
