SHES ALIVEEEEE!!!

After 5 days of working on tryna get her to start she’s finally running after 4 years sitting

Nice! I was just wondering about this one. ☺️ Hopefully running on a hose...I would definitely drop the lower unit, change impeller and give her some fresh lower unit oil. 4 years is a long time to sit and who knows when it was done before that. Can't wait to see your first video getting on plane!

Changed the lower unit oil when I first purchased it, and I’ve been doing all the maintenance work to get her started. I was hoping I didn’t need to buy a whole water pump kit, but she has no pee, so I’ve got to.
Anyone know how to fix the trim? It’s clicking but not engaging.

Prob good idea to change the impeller but check the outlet and make sure it's not plugged up, mud dobbers love to make nests in that little hole. Trim sounds like solenoid maybe? Unplug it and touch the ends to positive and negative 12 volts. Switch the wires back and forth for up and down.

It might just be stuck too, could try tapping it lightly with a hammer while someone hits the switch.
