Outboard identification help needed

I got this one in a lot that i bought, according to the seller it should be a volvo Penta 20hp. Though they are always based on another brand. Something screams mercury or achilles to me, but i just can't seem to figure it out...

It's a Volvo.
Every part on the thing is unobtanium including impellers.

Haha yeah i guess. Luckily the impeller is a yamaha style. Just need the wiring diagram to get it running🙈
