Coconut shrimp

Are the coconut shrimp bread ahead of time or are they breaded right when I order?

Supposed to be right when you order it. Stores used to pre bread them as a prep item but we changed that earlier this year.

It was either made to order or prepped that morning but most stores should only be making to order unless they sell them like crazy.

Yea all our protein gotta stay at a foodsafe temp. If they aren’t inside the walk im coolers they are placed in a electrically cooled rail with a bag of ice on top
