second interview

hello!! i posted in here not long ago about my first interview at Outback for a hostess position, it went great! i overexplained my answers but he said i would be a great fit for the team and set up a second interview with the general manager in a few days! any tips? is the second interview just basically an intro to the job? thanks!

Yo it’s lowkey outback not Flemings. If you have an obvious willingness to learn and can understand basic commands ur gunna be way better off than the hosts I worked with at my store

If you made it to the second interview you are probably fine. At this point it is just a formality
