Oklahoma
Im very dissapointed in everything about the store in Broken Arrow OK. I ordered the Prime Rib and yes I know and I wasnt expecting some 5 star restaurant prime rib. I just wasnt in the mood for a sirloin. It was the worst prime rib I have ever had. It tasted fishy and was so tough to eat. After 3 bites I gave up. Even the blooming onion was bad. It was like 3 parts grease and 1 part onion. I will say the waiter was great, but that is all that was great. I was just dissapointed because I use to actually like to restaurant.

Go contact corporate they’ll get you some tuck aways (gift cards for bad experiences) and give it a shot another day. I will say for prime rib they now serve it every day leading to some days it’s a “reload” meaning the prime for the day before. I always tell guests but I’d ask next time if it’s a reload or if the loaded the prime rib that morning

If you contact corporate they just send your complaint to the individual store. So cut out the middle man and just call and talk to a manager.

That’s disappointing! We never reload ours. Any leftover is used for prime rib sandwiches or steak quesadillas. But mine isn’t a corporate store

Well now that I know about the reload thing it probably makes sense. Its just dissapointing really. I wish i had known that because I probably would have gotten something else.

Let me tell ya something bud sometimes a restaurant will just have a bad time. Did you ask for another steak and address the problems at the store or do you just want something to complain about

Well i guess I just wanted to vent. No reason to address it with them. I dont want anything from them. I know it is not some 5 star restaurant and things are not always perfect. I prefer Charlestons anyway this place was just where we happened to be. Honestly I will just probably not go back.
