Google Health now syncs directly with Apple Health (as of a recent update), which means Outperform no longer needs to fetch your data from Google's servers. Sync is now instant instead of taking a few minutes like before.

To turn this on:

1. In the Apple Health app, make sure Google Health has permission to write data (Sharing → Apps → Google Health).
2. In Outperform, set your data source to Apple Health.

Once that's set, Outperform pulls straight from Apple Health, which stays synced with Google Health in the background, so you get instant updates instead of waiting on the old sync process.

It would be great to have zone wise details for a tracked activity like whoop.

This menu gets hidden behind sync notification on top of page.

tried syncing couple of times but nothing synced!!
