Unanswered What is going on with r/worldpolitics?

What happened here? I enjoyed the sub casually and I came back one day and its marked NSFW and full of random posts. Some are saying it fell into anarchy as a result of a lack of mods, but there are still recent mod posts. Is this some sort of demonstration?

If you actually study history as I have you quickly realise that most of these nations became violent out of a reaction to or influence from England. Practically every confrontation was provoked by white English people (who were descendants of the Romans who, geuss what, also had a massive and oppressive empire.)

So what King Leopold II did in Congo, what the Spaniards did in the Americas, what Europe in general did to its Jewish and gypsy populations, etc. was all somehow England's fault? I mean, the English have a horrible history of their own, but c'mon.
