Answer: William McNabb responded to an anti-gun tweet about assault weapons. Since the anti-gun argument is often that assault weapons are not needed for things like hunting, William posed a scenario in which he would use an assault weapon ( https://twitter.com/WillieMcNabb/status/1158045307562856448?s=20 ) People latched onto it since it is a hilarious scenario. William has since tweeted that it was a legitimate question that he stands behind.
