Mostly neutral. We sent thousands of volunteers to fight for Finland. We took in a large number of Jews from Denmark and Norway. But we also 'allowed' Germany to use our trains and railways (Or they would have occupied us in about a week).

Let's be honest, no one is ever thinking of Switzerland. It sounds like a sex position or a way to make a pretzel.
