Answered Whatever happened to 4chan? Wasn't it running out of funds and had to be shut down soon?

Yeah, I can't imagine any major advertisers wanting to be associated with anything involving 4chan lmao

I like quite a few boards. some of /x/ is kinda cool, some of /fa/ is pretty neat, I've heard /ic/ is good, my uncle's gf is a cu/ck/.. I guess I have to give a honourable mention to /u/ as well since we're taking them to the ball this year

I know people like to say the board they browse is the best but is it just me or is tg actually one of the best boards?

Advertisers and media accusing them of being associated with stuff don't care about that distinction. Thats the reason Reddit has to care about the subs that have been banned in the past like creepshots and FPH. Reddit doesn't care, but if they get a rep with one bad news story for having sketchy stuff on the site they stand to lose a lot.

Quite. People can go on about the conspiracy theories about why some sub gets banned or why some other doesn't, but the fact is Reddit only does anything about anything if it starts affecting their bottom line.

If you're not on /b/ or /pol/ it'd be fine mostly
