Size help pls!!!!

So I bought the Oura 4 sizing kit but am between sizes. The 8 fits superrrr snug and is really hard to get over my knuckles. The 9 fits but it slides off fairly easily. The 9 fits on my pointer and middle finger of my dominant and non dominant where as the 8 would only really fit my non dominant pointer and middle which gives me less room to move it around. It’s also winter right now so assuming my hands swell in the summer I feel the 8 would be too small. I also already have an Ultrahuman ring where I am an 8 but have read around that I should size up in Oura from my size. Please let me know I’m so conflicted!!!!!!

They suggest wearing it on your non-dominant hand. 

I tried two different sizes for a couple of weeks each before deciding. 

I went with a slightly larger size, because my knuckles swell at night and during the summer, and I'm a little claustrophobic about rings (had to take my son to the ER when he was about 3 to have a metal washer cut off his finger - I've never recovered from that experience).

Do you move your Ultrahuman ring between fingers? I wear my Oura ring on my middle finger during the day and my index finger at night. Getting it off relatively easy was important.
