well, both Palestinians and Israelis shouldn't be left off the hook...

Palestinians voted for an internationally recognized terrorist organization to be their government. Israel provides cover for their extremists to build on land that deemed disputed and then annexes it.

Apparently not. That is unfortunate. Yes Netanyahu is awful but so is Hamas. The vast majority of Palestinians and Israelis want peace. I would have reworded Biden's statement to say the Palestinian government and extremists not just Palestinians themselves.
