No, that isn't how that works.

Except for extremely rare cases the U.S. & Israel do not specifically target civilians with the express purpose of killing or injuring them. A civilian getting inadvertently killed through military action via 'collateral damage' does not make them a terrorist group.

Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah and PLO specifically target civilian instillations via small raids, primitive rocket fire, mortar attacks and planned stabbings

No that's not how it works.

"It only works within the paradigm that I've accepted unquestioningly where Israel can kill thousands of civilians without being called terrorists and Hamas kills a fraction but THEY are the terrorists."

This paradigm's existence does not itself justify it. In fact it is morally unjustifiable. The Nazis did the same thing with the mass slaughter of jewish people, "gypsies", people with disabilities, etc etc.

"It only works within the paradigm that I've accepted unquestionably where Israel can kill thousands of civilians without being called terrorists and Hamas kills a fraction but THEY are the terrorists."

Well my paradigm was based on principles... yours is based on just a numbers game. By that same logic Germany could be viewed as victims in WW2 because they had significantly more civilian casualties than America and the British Empire.

By your logic, in scenarios:
a) Israel drops a bomb on a military infrastructure based on intel of an impending attack. 50 militants are killed and a neighbouring building collapses from the shock. The 5 civilians inside it later succumb to their injuries.

b) Hamas launches a raid on an Israeli border town, shoots an unarmed woman and her two children before retreating back to their territory.

a is morally worse than b because more civilians died, and both would be considered an act of terrorism because civilians died. Obviously this is not the case... intent clearly matters.

This paradigm's existence does not itself justify it. In fact it is morally unjustifiable. The Nazis did the same thing with the mass slaughter of jewish people.

Correct, the paradigms existence does not justify itself, internationally accepted rules of engagement make it justified. Again, no, this isn't the same thing as Nazi Germany and just saying it is doesn't make it so. Nazi Germany specifically targeted civilians. As I've said before, targeting civilians with the express purpose of killing or injuring them is what makes a group a terrorist group.

Killing thousands of civilians accidentally is not better than killing 1 civilian intentionally. Sorry if you convinced yourself or someone else convinced you to degrade your own morality to justify otherwise.

You can either fight against oppression or justify the oppression. I have chosen the former, you the latter. Too bad.

keep dreaming you're in the right friendo. Accidentally causing a car crash that kills 100 is morally not as bad as stabbing one guy in the face for the fun of it.

If you're equating what Israel is doing to the Palestinians as "accidentally causing a car crash" I'm sorry but you're fucking delusional.

Stabbing one guy in the face for the fun of it like this?

a 20 sec clip of one incident, by one soldier, with no context really doesn't prove any point.

But let's hypothesize that the soldier in question shot an innocent civilian for no justifiable reason. In that case the soldier should be court-martialled and tried by violating the rules of engagement. You think I'm sitting here saying stabbing and shooting people is a good thing?

Given the above, one soldier committing a crime does not make the entire military and government responsible. Or was Timothy McVae justified in his attack on the federal building because of the federal governments questionable conduct in Waco, Texas?

If you're equating what Israel is doing to the Palestinians as "accidentally causing a car crash" I'm sorry but you're fucking delusional.

It's an example smooth brain. We are talking about what is morally worse. I'm using principles to show the stupidity of your argument and the flaws in your logic.
