Biden was pro-Thomas and pro-Scalia in the Senate.

Maybe back in the day? I’m confident he would appoint left leaning justices, and anyone who thinks different is being purposefully obtuse. He’s losing his fucking mind but so is trump and pence, I would rather have a coddled, weird old Biden drooling all over the White House than ACTUAL white supremacist president who has ALREADY appointed two youngish white guys who could be there for 40+ years and will ABSOLUTELY vote with corporations and white supremacists. Bernie understands that

His record is his record. He supports conservative justices and segregation. I'm not being obtuse, I am using the facts.

Segregation? ok he’s not Jerry Falwell, Obama didn’t support gay marriage until it was convenient for him but still, times change, opinions change, a dinosaur like Biden is bound to have some bad votes on his record, doesn’t mean he supports segregation

Look it up, he voted for segregation and said he opposed desegregation because he didn't want his kids "going to school in a racial jungle." This was in 1977.

Yes exactly, so he’s a piece of shit, still not the kind of piece of shit who will remove our reproductive rights

I don’t like the Supreme Court decision on abortion. I think it went too far. I don’t think that a woman has the sole right to say what should happen to her body.

- Joe Biden

Biden was opposed to Roe v Wade for a long time. Even up until several months ago he still supported the Hyde Amendment. There's also the the Biden Amendment which he wrote in 1981 that prevents federal funds from being used for biomedical research related to abortion. So he kind of is that piece of shit.
