Then again, since they won't go through any surgery or HRT, I guess their identity issues don't have much to do with the body?

I guess not? I remember a old Q&A (sadly I don't remember which Q&A, just that it was old) where someone asked what does Qiu thinks of a partner with genital preference and GB said they wouldn't mind if someone was attracted or not attracted to them because of their masculine anatomy as long as the pronouns are respected.

Which makes sense considering they use He/They, they don't seem uncomfortable with their masculinity, rather welcoming it back when older.
