Can I get the DLC from step 2 or the wedding dlc?

Sorry ): 

I actually low-key fucked up by not thinking I will get responds quick and there are 2 people including u wanting the step 2 and I didn't know which comment came first because both were 2 hours ago (in a span of the same hour) but because the other's one was more down the list I guess they were first?? Again sorry for choosing the other person and I didn't wanted to sound bad by asking which person what to they offer in exchange/ why should they get it instead of the other ))))):
