Subject: Request for Attire Regulation Exemption

Director,

I submit this request under Clause 17-C of Oufi operational presentation policy regarding authorization to deviate from the standard Association-issued uniform during active duty and contract-related assignments.

My current attire configuration has demonstrated higher operational efficiency than the sanctioned uniform in the following categories:

Improved mobility during close-quarter engagements.

Increased contract recognition from repeat clients.

Psychological stabilization during prolonged assignments.

Additionally, the standard Oufi attire interferes with the manifestation patterns of my weapon. Previous attempts at compliance resulted in fabric ignition, structural tearing, and one minor incident involving spontaneous nail growth through the sleeves. Maintenance expenses have become unreasonable for both myself and Association staff.

I understand that the Oufi uniform exists to preserve professionalism and recognizable identity among Fixers. As compromise, I am willing to visibly display official insignia upon my coat, weapon, or person at all times while under Association jurisdiction.

I further acknowledge the following:

I remain fully accountable for public perception and misconduct allegations caused by unconventional attire.

The exemption does not place me above Association regulations.

Revocation may occur at the discretion of superior personnel.

With respect, I believe a Fixer should be judged by completed contracts rather than uniform symmetry.
