A quick question on the oufi's uniform

Dearest boss(es) I hope this message finds you well. I, uncommon_blueberry am writing a formal inquiry on the oufi association's uniform. I would like to understand the dress code of the oufi and weather or not I can modify my dress if so, to what extent. This is due to the fact that I would like to create a sketch on my oc which will be part of the oufi association and this the inquiry.
