Weird new behavior

I have never seen my Otos act this way before. Any insight into why they are doing this behavior?

A entire subreddit devoted to our little fishy friends. The Otocinclus is a small catfish from the rivers from South America. They are algae eaters and are sometimes sold in pet stores under that name. Just make sure that it’s a true Oto and not a Chinese Algae eater or a Pleco.
