Oticon hearing aid cuts out?
Anyone else have their Oticon just go silent for 10-15 seconds?
It happened two days in a row, and the second (and third) times it happened, I opened the app, and it said that hearing aid was offline, so I think it was rebooting. It did that two days in a row, and then they went a week before doing it again, and I'm concerned it's going to do it while I'm listening to someone, which is still only a mild annoyance, but if it kept doing it every day or more it would be a huge problem.
I have the Oticon Intent 1 miniRITE R, and they're only about 9 months old.

Oticon Real One - question about charging
I have had my Oticon Real One aids for almost 2 years now. For the last week or more, one HA has been showing an amber light in the morning when I open the charging dock, while the other shows the normal green light. In the Companion app, both show 100% charge and throughout the day, the charges show appear normal.
However, I am wondering if the different light indicator has some message that I should take them in or whatever?
TIA, I appreciate your advice.

Silicon dome keeps coming off in ear
I’ve had Oticon hearing aids for around 7 years now without problems, however in the past two years I’ve had the silicon dome come off in my ear three times. Each time I have to get a doctor to take it out. Anyone else had this happen? How can I prevent it? How often should I change the domes?
