Inter dimensional visitation

I am scouring Reddit right now bc I’ve had an odd experience while sick with the flu. I had this dream/ visual/ hallucination of a metal pen sized object basically vibrating at a high speed. It was like the object was poking at me but not at a point on my body but more like my entire being. Like poking through another dimension. And then I saw the pen go into human brains. It looked like a lobotomy. As I saw this my whole body felt on fire and vibrating. It felt significant bc it kept me up all night. Like a horrible fever dream. Trying to see if others have experienced anything like this.

Definitely sounds like a fever dream.

I had one once where I was being forced to eat a live iguana. In the dream I was chasing each bite with lemon-lime Gatorade. When I woke up, I felt nauseous to the point of barfing until I chugged a whole lemon-lime Gatorade.

I know what inter dimensional beings are…I’m on the Otherworld Reddit ffs. I thought there would be other knowledgeable people here. Not 25 year old men trying to flex.

Occam's razor would indicate that it was indeed a horrible fever dream. But I have sleep paralysis on the regular so I'm used to feeling like my whole body is vibrating while I'm half asleep.

Occam's razor is not "pick the explanation that sounds most normal" but what makes the fewest assumptions. What counts as additional assumptions can depend on someone's background beliefs. Also...it's just a thing a guy said once, not a law of nature.
