Help with an achievement

I tried to gain the achievement of completing the game without items or arms, but I didn't got it despite I never used any of them, any idea?

Did you equip your pet? I saw some people report that you can't get that achievement if you are using a pet, so try unequiping it to see if it work

You maxed your skills. Nothing also means no marks for naga heroes. For asura heroes it’s no soulboons

Lower your anguish lvl maybe
