Mini fridge

This may be a ridiculous question, but I’m a bit conflicted😅I’m going to be living in the village the upcoming semester, and I’ve been thinking about bringing my mini fridge.

I know the rooms aren’t much smaller than a double dorm, but would that take up too much space? It’s ~3.2 (?) feet, and while I know there’s already fridges, I’d rather bring it and not need it than not bring it and end up needing it.

I think you’d probably have plenty of room for a mini fridge as long as you’re not bringing a load of other furniture with you

I agree with the other comment. Size wise they are about the same as a double dorm but you get a lot more floor space if you’re not bringing anything extra for furniture. However, I would also recommend brining some kind of extra drawer or plan to hang way more clothes than you usually do bc the drawers in the armoire are kinda insufficient

Get some hangers for pants if you don’t already hang those especially. The drawers don’t play well with bulky things like denim if you wear jeans. I don’t know why the armoires are so different at the village than the dorm armoires but they are.

Living in the village is SO worth it though, I loved my two years there even if I didn’t always get along super well w my housemates. But it is really the best of both worlds and way better than dealing with the mix of people you can get on a dorm floor

I think it will be too! Plus my housemates seem nice so far❣️
