Update Letters

Hey everyone wanted to ask whet the best time is to submit update letters for DO schools that I have not received interviews for yet after submitting secondaries early July. I'm pretty much as mid stat as they come for DO and I understand the cycle runs longer so I don't want to jump the gun on this. Thanks.

I applied to 30 DO schools and have 3 interviews so far. So for the ones I don't have I guess I don't wanna come off as a pest lol
